2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once your peptide order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged Peptides – Replacement Policy

If your Amino Asylum peptide order arrives damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement product. No refunds will be issued.

4. Authorized Returns – Store Credit Only

In rare cases, returns may be approved for Amino Asylum products.
